ACI Systems Germany GmbH (ACISA) was surprised through the media with this news. We have known from the press that Decree 3738 has been repealed. We have not yet received any official information from the Bolivian side.
So far the project has gone according to plan. The joint venture YLB-ACISA E.M. was inscribed in the Bolivian Commercial Register on 28 October 2019. We will therefore first ask our Bolivian partners for clarification and we will continue to work on the project as agreed.
